A very special thanks to all of the participants and sponsors of our first Great Barrier Free 5K!!! A total of 139 runners and walkers, children and adults turned out to enjoy the beautiful day and support a great cause! Our sponsors, the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, The City of Boynton Beach, the community of Hunter's Run, Iberia Bank, Donald Porges, CPA, Keyes Realty, Arrow Exterminators, and Jones Awnings and Canvas all made this day possible and have brought us one step closer to making the park bigger and better!!! The vision of the Greater Boynton Beach Foundation is to promote a sense of community, pride and common purpose in Greater Boynton Beach. We will:
- Focus our efforts in strengthening recreation, education and culture in Greater Boynton Beach.
- Serve as a vehicle to identify important community issues and unmet needs in Greater Boynton Beach, to share those ideas and to build the financial resources to make positive long-term change.
- Serve as a responsive grant-maker to the needs identified in the community consistent with its mission.
